Worked on shift as a bakery mechanic,performing all the mechanical operations required in addition to programming PLCs communications devices,office commication systems,installing cables,wiring,progamming HMIs,troubleshooting and rewiring purchased,used equipment to adapt it to new uses,troubleshooting and repairing boiler controls,ovens,wiring systems,security systems,compactors,leased equipment,proprietary systems without documentation,finished jobs started and abandoned by contractors who couldn't get them to work,calibrating mass flow powder distrbution controls,and refridgeration and forklift repair.
