Daily Duties at Care Line:
Administered monthly infusions of IgG to pediatric HIV patients. Supervised 2 prn Nurses who went out to patient's Homes if they could not infused in the clinic. Prepared all aspects of nursing section to prepare for JACHO certification, which we successfully obtained. I also would see patient's in their homes to start a new medication , and was too sick to come to the clinic. I scheduled patient visits and arranged for transportation. I worked closely with the PACE clinic at the University. The PACE clinic was our largest refferal source they saw most of the HIV kids that we saw in our clinic. I worked with the Make a Wish foundation and helped to get several of our kids to Disney Land.
