Daily Duties at Wyndham Worldwide:
Served as a liaison to the franchise community, providing operational support to a region of 250 hotels. Responsible for the improvement of operational performance of the hotels, including program participation, improved RevPAR, Quality Assurance and Customer Service scores. • Developed Managers Attack Plan and Supplements – provided to all franchisees with suggestions to improve daily operations and performance. • Conceived and developed the metric used to evaluate the Heroes of Hospitality, a new award program for franchisees. Worked with IT developers to produce a program to automate the quarterly and annual recipients. • Assisted in the integration of all new hotels through creation of their Corporate sponsored Internet website and creating their central reservations data base. • Analyzed each property’s performance and provided direction and guidance for improvement of Quality Assurance scores, RevPAR growth and Internet presence.
