Lead a Team of Project Managers, Coordinators and Installation Schedulers managing over 650 open projects at a given time. Managed the quality, costs, and efficiencies as well as customer communications with over 30 subcontractor installation companies. Directed the Materials Group including all Purchasing, Logistics, Warehousing, Inventory, Repair and Returns for the North American Distribution Center.
