Daily Duties at Mbna Marketing Systems:
Entrusted to build start up regional operation for Consumer Finance Division which grew to over 400 employees in business units of Sales Finance, Lending, Collections, Customer Service, Activation and Fraud. Responsible for all aspects of the operation including; recruiting, retaining and motivating staff, devising incentive plans, coaching and training, developing and implementing objectives and achieving desired results.
