Daily Duties at Westaff/Rem X:
o Responsible for operations, sales and profitability for the San Francisco branch exceeding $2 million in annual revenue. Forecast annual budget and accountable for P&L statements. o Manage successful operation of 50+ temporary associates servicing a variety of 30+ clients. Provide leadership, training and direct support to Staffing Consultant. oEstablish direction/priorities for the branch activities to maximize effort and return on investments. o Effectively enforce and administer Federal I-9 compliance procedures utilizing E-Verify. Develop Community resources/relationships to strengthen diversity candidate recruitment pool. Utilize aging reports and responsible for Accounts Receivable/Collections of continuous billing ($300,000+). Successfully mange and perform weekly payroll process. Directly handle worker compensation claims with Associates/Clinics/Insurance Adjusters. Perform work-site risk evaluations and implement appropriate safety programs at client locations.
