Daily Duties at Insituform Technologies:
Key component in recertifying ISO accreditations at all applicable offices in 2009 across North America. Reduced Quality Issues (COPQ) by 30% saving more than $330,000.00. Wrote new, and revised previous standard operating procedures to adhere to ISO standards. Implemented new effective calibration program, standardizing and introducing an effective recall system. Identified as the Project Manager for the 5s quality program for North America. Recommended new efficiency charts and metrics to ensure product quality. Implemented, and led the Quality System Management Review board meetings (QSMR). Conducted, closed, and reported observations in audits for Global Insituform sites. Visited several job sites to ensure quality was understood and followed by all Insituform employees, contractors, and laborers. Provided training when necessary. Ensured that a QMS is established, implemented, and maintained in accordance with ANSI/ASQ Q9001. Ensure internal Nonconformance’s (INCRs) are closed on a timely basis. Act as focal point in closing Audit Deficiency Reports (ADRs). Trained new employees on the ISO 9001 Quality Management System. Ensure documentation revisions and training packages are sent to the appropriate individuals. Act as liaison with external parties on matters relating to the company’s quality system.
