Overight of all corporate operations in 3 U.S. locations, including Marketing, Sales Engineering, Distribution, Human Resources, Finance, and daily operations. Managed 2 step sales and distribution network including over 100 stocking warehouse locations, over 5000 reseller locations, national inside and outside sales managers and manufacture representive sales network. Reported to the Board of Directors and responsible for P&L and cash flow for all corporate locations. Including over 4 million in day to day inventory, operations functions and departmental communications.
