Initiated Cardiopulmonary department from ground level; Planned, designed, implemented and managed an order-entry-to-service provision process for the specialized patient care for a 38 bed capacity, North central Texas health care facility with oversight and accountability for a staff of 10. Contact, coordinate, exchange, and communicate organizational information between: administrators, advisors, physicians, directors, affiliate sponsors, and colleagues; regarding strategic planning, decision making, procedural adherence, policy redirection, budgetary analysis, forecasting and cost reduction assessment, systems implementation, procedural improvements, deadline adherence and contract negotiations.
