Daily Duties at Ameristar:

Responsible for daily activities of the recruitment/employment functions for the entire property to include Casino Operations, Restaurant Operations, Hotel Operations, Marketing, Facilities, and all Administrative Departments. Responsible for the HRIS system and all data entry into the system. Responsible for development of recruiters, employment coordinator, HRIS specialist and front desk clerk. Worked on specials projects for the GM and other executive staff members. Served on several corporate task forces to standardize processes at all Ameristar locations within different states as well as serving on property committees.
