Daily Duties at Sysco Food Services:
Worked with multiple OpCos after installation to ensure proper inventory levels and Service Levels were maintained. Tested new upgrades, and service packages as well as system hot fixes. Worked as a point of contact for multiple OpCos to answer questions and guide users. Traveled to OpCo sites to re-educate users of DPR and help maintain parameters so that inventory and service levels could be achieved. These sites included Baltimore, Central Pennsylvania, Syracuse, San Antonio, Northern New England, and Connecticut
