Daily Duties at Kaplan Early Learning Company:

-Sales Administrator: Managed event marketing program, associated advertising, logistics, and promotion of trade show program and sales administration for a national sales team. Managed nationwide sales meeting, sales trainings, customer meetings, and a wide variety of administrative duties to included Peoplesoft reports, financial tracking, commission reporting, and research of client activities. -Information Technology: Developed company-wide technology asset inventory and assisted in company OS standardization & avid help desk response. Set up and networked PCs for users to include Peoplesoft, Oracle, specific desktop applications, and trained users. Completed troubleshooting of hardware, desktop applications, networked applications, built/generated Peoplesoft reports and completed customer transactions. -Human Resources Administrator: Managed multi-state, multi-company payroll and employee data for 26 states and 250+ employees. Responsible for all facets of payroll, timekeeping and reporting software, systems, and data. Supported major annual payroll changes, testing, process implementations, software integration, software testing, and performed extensive report building. Managed performance appraisal program, company’s fringe benefits programs and worked within the team performing generalist duties which included legal, compensation, benefits, recruiting, and employee relations. Managed switchboard operations and frontline phone system troubleshooting, recordings, settings, and regularly collaborated with the technology department. -Developed and managed complex and confidential reporting and administration for budgeting, forecasting, reporting, compensation, assets, inventories, sales data and company information.
