Daily Duties at Soma Construction:
Making sure the all sub contractor are doing their jobs. Walking all floors to find problems that need to fixed by an individual sub contractor. Calling for inspections when ready for inspection for example elevator inspection, electrical, plumbing and HVAC etc. Installing doors and door jambs,adjusting spring hinges,cabinet installation. Making judgement calls for example what needs to be done to make a door jamb fit into a rough opening properly, where should we place a dedicated circuit, what type of paint color goes on an individual wall etc.
