Daily Duties at Graves World Hospitality:

• Implemented strategic marketing and sales plans for Individual Travel market, including: promotional offers, property tours, networking events, training internal departments and clients, and negotiating contracts • Markets responsibilities include Transient Leisure and Transient Group (consumer direct, travel agents, affinity clubs, tour wholesaler, FIT, receptive operators, group leisure, and SMERF) • Represented our property at the following industry shows: Florida Huddle, RSAA, International Pow Wow, Luxury Travel Expo, Plan Your Meeting - Atlanta, American Express call center, GWH Annual Sales and Marking Meeting and Home Based Travel Expo • Coordinated Trust International call center office visits in order to secure product placement and proper representation in GDS booking system • Played a leadership roll in the following pre-opening activities: web page construction, copy and content, brochures and flyer, online third party banners, print advertisement, AAA South relationship, Orlando and Kissimmee CVB participation, and owner communications
