Corporate staff assignment for assembly, test yield improvement project of micro-electronics and printed circuit boards that was not to exceed a six month window. * Conducted process flow root-cause analyses and implemented corrective actions. * Re-engineered process flow cells, reducing rework, increasing composite yield 23.5%, and final test yields 51% within a five-month period. * Collaborated with manufacturing and test engineers to identify and implement lean manufacturing. * Final report developed and submitted to corporate offices, one month ahead of schedule.
