Performed inspections of functional organizations on Mission Communications Operations and Maintenance (MCOM) contract. * Created and implemented a Quality Audit Program in accordance with ISO 9001: 2000. * Wrote 82 in-depth contract audit checklists out of a required 90 for MCOM at Schriever Air Force Base and Onizuka Air Force Station. * Conducted prime contract analyses. Provided customer Program Management office with 44 recommended Statement of Work revisions. * Instrumental in the Quality Assurance Organization receiving a 95% award fee three times consecutively.
