Provided hardware (HW) and software (SW) Quality Assurance Engineering support for Space Based Infrared System (SBIRS) Ground program. * Supported and provided HW Quality Assurance Engineering responsibilities to Mission Control Station and back-up projects at sites in Boulder, Schriever Air Force and Buckley Air Force Bases. * Reviewed technical documents and engineering drawings for contract compliance. *Collaborated with engineering teams and prime contractor personnel to resolve findings. * Accomplished ‘State of Health’ HW and SW product assessments as assigned by Mission Assurance Management. * Completed ‘as built’ product configuration inspections on seven complex satellite communications projects. * Performed ISO 9001:2000/AS9100 first, second, third party audits and CMMI Level 3 software process assessments. * Advised Mission Assurance senior staff on Baker Communications ‘Time Management’ principles and applications. * Developed and authored generic program risk management checklist used across the Northrop Grumman Electronics Sector in California, Colorado and Baltimore divisions.
