Start-up and administration of a Risk Purchasing Group program entailing approximately full coverage for approximately 200 New York City Coops. Later transferred to handle client account service and underwriting placement negotiations for major accounts. Key Accomplishments: • Assumed lead client management contact on several major accounts, that I retained based on service satisfaction. • An account I handled for 3 years, Pacer International, Inc., grew in income by approximately 6 times before they recruited me as Vice President of Risk Management, motivated by service satisfaction.
