Led committee to develop easily modified external hardware configuration file to facilitate software upgrades. Established and staffed new customer-centric service site to increase satisfaction. Created policies to ensure prompt service/repair and increase customer satisfaction. Prepared and presented complex reports to customers, shareholders, and vendors.
