Daily Duties at Mc Guinness & Company:

Evaluate strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats. Align 27-year-old company for strategic and financial turn-around. Provide program and project management. Structure dynamic, competitive business model to meet market challenges. Generate leads and contact potential clients. Ensure compliance with city, county, State and Federal ordinances. Clients include IBM, Delta, Coca Cola, Semiconductor Diagnostics, and University of South Florida Physicians Group. Develop and implement project scope. Lead pre-contract, in-process, and closeout meetings. Hire and manage suppliers and vendors, completing project deliverables.
