Daily Duties at Aig:
Investigated and analyzed systems & business in New Hampshire for move to Delaware. Converted five systems into one system meeting all the legal and business requirements. Created & developed curriculum & manuals for new system. Train employees (home office & remotes) in customer service, systems use and insurance (customer service and claims). Then created system modifications to meet department & legal requirements. Compliance department - researched laws and verified compliance. Liaison between company, commissioners’ offices, agents and clients. System Conversions planning and execution whole life cycle, Home office and remote location training, Create course curriculum, and present classes, Create user manuals and job aids, Needs Analysis, Testing & verification, assure legal requirements met, Developed curriculum and presented classes for Insurance, customer service & company procedures, New system implementation Root cause analysis and resolution, Company/agent Liaison Compliance, Agency Accounting Project Management Conducted research and needs analysis, Planned, developed, and coordinated all in-house training, Wrote process methodologies/documentation for executing job duties, Converted raw data into applicable materials, First line Help Desk. Compliance Officer resolved insureds’ problems and communicated with insurance commissioners’ offices to find resolutions to problems and questions. Skills: organization, planning, communication (oral & written), presentation, traveling, adaptability, flexibility Compliance officer – resolved insureds’ questions and problems, dealt with insurance commissioners from most states.
