Monitored compliance of all federal RESPA lending guidelines .Trained existing and new processing staff. • Implemented new guidelines for processing, tripled loan approvals in the branch and significantly reduced processing times to meet company standards. • Effectively facilitated meetings with processors and loan officers providing accurate information to branch manager for reporting to builder. • Trained staff in company and industry policies and procedures ensuring compliance with company, state and federal guidelines and regulations.
