Researched in-house products and acted as broker through wholesale lending providers. Prepared loan packages for processing and reviewed documents to ensure federal compliance. Managed the daily duties the loan processor assigned to my cases. • Consistently managed large pipeline resulting in closed loan volume of $230M in a 5 year period. • Restructured pipeline during mortgage crisis effectively transitioning borrowers into acceptable alternative programs and quickly identified when no other options available. • Fostered quality relationships with home builder representatives resulting in over 90% capture in builder business while maintaining over 80% customer service rating. • Analyzed credit reports, advised borrowers on action steps to improve credit scores for better positioning for optimal loan programs. • Created and distributed reports to management to communicate updates and concerns ensuring buyer compliance with loan conditions.
