• Oversaw high paced, high tech manufacturing and repair operations for 65 inch LCD HDTVs. • Supervised 25 technicians and engineers in manufacturing (50 units per day) and 45 technicians in the repair center (250 units per day). • Coordinated activities among engineers, programmers, fabrication process engineers, global manufacturing specialists, inventory control specialists, and SOX compliance specialists. • Collaborated daily with analysts and high end sales managers. • Established daily production goals.• Managed lean manufacturing activities and process, which included daily interaction with supply chain technicians. • Provided daily and weekly production reports as well as repair analysis and projections for consumer care management. • Wrote and submitted performance reviews for all technicians, engineers, and permanent employees as well as for all temporary personnel.
