Started this restaurant management company with a partner in 2004. My responsibilities included site locations, lease negotiations, operating reviews, franchisee liaison, construction oversight, development of company operating policy and employee handbook, accounting system set up and oversight, vendor negotiations, and store openings. After second restaurant was opened my partner has taken over the day to day operations of the business.
