Replaced two project managers in the Houston office. Closed out 280 jobs and billed out 2 million dollars after taking over HISD. Startup and manage IAH – Car Rental facility 900K. Large OSP project. Managed all projects from Austin location after closing. Startup UT – Wet Labs in Austin due to start in summer. 400k.
