- Part of an initiative for SAI, Inc. to become ISO 9001 certified - Certified Internal Auditor - Leader of automated and manual testing, in-house as well as Offshore testing resources (Bangalore, India) - Leader of up to 9 testing resources per project with long-duration planning skills (six month projects and 1 – 3 year testing department resource and budget projections) - Technical Interviewer for perspective new hires, as well as trainer for new hires in QA - Writer of QA department SOP’s and WI’s, including merger of processes with implementation department and Offshore resource training responsibilities - Process improvement guide for the department, working to CMM Level 4, ISO 9001, and participant in Six Sigma Green Belt project to reduce QA project time and effort. - PDMA compliance specialist (Pharmaceutical Industry Software) - 21 CFR Part 11 specialist - Extensive knowledge of the Pharmaceutical Industry including Sampling and Clinical Trials - Writing, executing, and reviewing test scripts and QA project documentation - Responsible for department Hardware and Software maintenance
