Daily Duties at Dendrite Intl. / Promotech:
- Implemented new electronic Incident/Deviation system including CAPA with follow-up and trending - Responsible for client audit preparation and leadership, as well as performing vendor audits - Responsible for Quality Management System (developing all company SOPs and maintaining currency) - Perform group and individual training for staff and vendors as needed (21CFR Part 11, PDMA, HIPAA, GMP, Validation, Quality Assurance, Compliance) - Implemented electronic SOP storage and training and reorganized the company training system - Validation Manager for all system validation activities (includes regulatory risk assessments under cGMP, PDMA, 21 CFR Part 11, and HIPAA regulations and requirements) - DEA direct interface, providing information on site and Subpoena responses for physician records - FDA direct interface, leading FDA facility audits - RFI key responder - Manage and configure Honeywell warehouse environmental monitoring system - Manage change control and SDLC for all validated systems - File DEA Theft/Loss Form 106’s, perform diversion control, and maintain suspicious order monitoring - Prepare and file ARCOS reports quarterly for schedule III controlled substance distribution
