Oversaw entire store operations. Writing and maintaining all store budgets. Preparing assistant managers to assume role as general manager. Day to day store operations. Maintaining and operating safe food practices per company, local/state and federal regulations. Hiring/firing/training of all staff members. Scheduling for 40+ employees. Consistently met and beat brand set goals. Consistently maintained a top ten ranked store out of 70+.
