Daily Duties at Time Warner Cable:
Assist Time Warner sites with installing, configuring, upgrading and troubleshooting the Mystro Application server and associated hardware and software Assist Time Warner sites with the rapid resolution of customer facing outages involving the functionality of the Mystro Application Server and associated products such as Start Over, Caller ID, Video On Demand, and Pay Per View. Performed required corporate notifications, escalations, and vendor coordination when faced with an outage. Logged all actions taken and resolution actions in the Remedy ticketing system.
