Daily Duties at Andalon.Com:
Schedule, control, dispatch, and train all field service technicians performing maintenance and installations on client’s computer systems, networks, and software Build, configure and deploy Windows 9X, NT, & 2000 workstations and servers Troubleshooting and repair of Windows 9X, NT, & 2000 workstations, servers, and networks to include printing, connectivity and email issues Work closely with Project Management personnel to design, plan, and install entire ASP (Application Service Provider) networks at numerous locations
