Trained newly hired customer support technicians on all aspects of computer troubleshooting, component replacement, customer relations, use of on-line tools and Sykes Enterprises Inc company requirements on the Gateway, Compaq, and Computer City accounts Independently developed lessons plan, training materials, and evaluation exercises for technicians on the Compaq and Computer City accounts Exclusively developed the Windows 98 lesson plan used in all Sykes call centers supporting Gateway computers
