Responsible for the training and supervision of 10 customer support technicians who provided customers support in repairing Gateway computers Assisted customer support technicians in finding resolutions with difficult issues Determined technicians’ skills and referred them to the learning lab for proficiency training in weak areas Monitored calls and evaluated support technicians for technical and customer relations skills
