Daily Duties at Ace Hardware Corp:
Managed Ace Hardware retailer technology projects for 84 locations within three state region encompassing Montana, Wyoming, and South Dakota. Conducted initial and advanced training of all Ace technology at the retail level on multiple software platforms. • Implemented Ace Hardware Best Practices in technology, standardizing the platform and substantially increasing ability to track inventory and sales from the store to corporate levels. • Closed sales and provided consultative services in Point of Sale systems to over 40 independent retailers, standardizing the majority of retail owner’s systems. • Managed complete sales cycle, including custom engineering, quotes, assisting with financial justification and closing sales. Became known for outstanding follow-up to ensure transactions were successfully completed. • Won award for Team Member of the Region with the most projects completed in the nation for 2005. • Provided on-site support for other team members on projects throughout the West.
