Daily Duties at Adp Dealer Services:
Worked with 134 Auto Dealerships in Montana, Wyoming and South Dakota to consolidate all technology into a single platform. This included management systems, contact management, IP Phones, and digital advertising. • Extensively interviewed each client to find the optimum solution for their dealership. • Guided client through the complete sales cycle, including discovery, indentifying the clients’ challenges, presenting a solution, and closing the sale. • Successfully penetrated accounts using a rival system in a very competitive market. • Worked with existing accounts on product upgrades and implementing other product mixes to make dealers more profitable. • Reestablished relationships with customers in a territory which had been neglected for years.
