•Led and managed online / interactive marketing and branding strategy for start-up Travel 2.0 Web company and social community, Gozaic.com, the first of its kind within heritage and cultural travel niche. •Responsible for the planning and creation of email marketing campaigns, including the monthly newsletter, member acquisition campaigns, and member engagement/retention campaigns, from initial customer capture through member support initiatives. •Responsibilities included blogger outreach and response, as well as focused and sustained social media marketing on Twitter, Facebook, YouTube and other outlets. •Launched, managed editorial calendar and wrote content for official Gozaic blog (http://blog.gozaic.com). •Managed the promotion of Gozaic.com’s pre-launch mini-site, GoWithaPurpose.com, including content development, copy writing, and external marketing initiatives to build interest in the launch of Gozaic. •Oversaw the online promotion and marketing efforts of HTI’s media buying agency, YPartnership. This included optimization of PPC search campaigns managed by their team and copy writing and image selection for promotions. •Created draft wireframes and wrote requirements for Web site content enhancements. •Responsible for development of B2B partner relations Web site, including all site copy and working closely with designers and developers. •Responsible for Web site content development and alignment with ongoing and future marketing and online promotions.
