Managed and directed operations of 85 field employees working on 12 different Dept of Defense contracts. Monitored and supervised technical delivery of services and assistance to Departement of Defense organizations. Developed and implemented policy and procedures for field employees. Monitored and supervised budget and finance matters in execution of contracts and task orders.
