Daily Duties at First American Loss Mitigation Services:
Assisted with the maintenance of adding and removing users from the Microsoft Access database, as well as repairing and updating the Microsoft Access database. Was responsible for the organization of crucial data of over 100 tables with or without relationships. Designed complex queries and reports for business needs. Assisted in supporting information systems daily tasks. Installed and upgraded computer software applications as required. Assisted with the maintenance of network updates. Performed in a “help desk” capacity providing support to inexperienced users. Upgraded and maintained all computer systems. Provided support for email and PC desktop applications. Maintained an inventory of all computer hardware and software including serial numbers, user name and desk floor location. Remained current on the procedure for installing and running various programs on user machines. Performed the setup of user passwords. Was responsible for maintaining sufficient knowledge in computer operations, components and software, to help identify when computer repair or replacement was required. Followed written procedures to keep the network running efficiently. Performed data entry as required. Performed other job duties as required. Diagnosed and troubleshoot software/hardware issues. Maintained user account information. Assisted with the movement and shipment of PC’s. Worked with technical and non-technical users within a team environment.
