Daily Duties at Mercer:

Met with project managers and clients to define software project scope and objectives. Prepared work plans, documented project's scope, and review with clients. Used sophisticated database tools, such as Benefits Workstation, Data Junction and Infomaker to setup a client's healthcare and group benefit database. Defined data fields, imported data, designed screens and created queries and reports. Monitored project schedules to ensure timelines and deliverables were met. Notified project managers and/or clients if timelines were in jeopardy. Participated in preview meetings to demonstrate system setup to clients before the system was finalized. Tested and analyzed system configuration against requirement documents during implementation and administration. Performed data processing activities for ongoing client services and assisted with resolution of participant issues. Prioritized and managed multiple projects simultaneously. Proficiently used Microsoft Access, Excel, Word and some Structured Query Language (SQL). Used good analytical skills as well as strong oral and written communication skills to test and resolve client issues. Worked within a team environment.
