Daily Duties at Universal Air Conditioner:
Managed all catalog department daily tasks. Was responsible for interviewing and training of new department members. Maintained and updated existing online catalog and database, using Adobe Photoshop and Dreamweaver, as catalog manager. Was responsible for ordering computer equipment and other non-departmental computer related items. Acted as liaison for current and new business ideas. Developed custom labels and documents as desired for staff. Troubleshoot and managed computer, network, software and printer issues. Was responsible for the creation and distribution of product catalog CD’s. Served as technical support for customers and staff.
