Daily Duties at Recovery School District:

Designed the Recruiting Applicant Database, using Microsoft Access, to manage prospective applicants. Was responsible for importing online applications into the Recruiting Applicant Database, creating queries, reports, forms and macros per department needs or special requests, database backup procedures, posting available job descriptions on website(s), managing and creating new applicant files, the creation and processing of new hire packets, customer service via in person, email or by phone, and ongoing database maintenance. Maintained a positive attitude, sound customer service skills, demonstrated detail and organization within all tasks performed and work well within a teamed environment.
