• Handled all customer issues and responded in a timely manner, always resolving issues to the customer’s satisfaction. • Took all phone calls that dealt with any customer inquiry or information requests. • Greeted customers, handled phone lines, and communicated closely with clients and vendors. Responded to, and resolved patient issues and inquiries Hiring and firing of employees. Made schedules and handled any and all employee issues • Handled money transfers from customer to business. • Made daily deposits • Managed staff of up to 20 people • Handled all staffing issues including but not limited to scheduling of employees, payroll, time off, reprimanding, keeping all HR documents Hiring and firing, any problems employees might have between each other and training. • Organized and held weekly staff meetings • Attended weekly management meetings and provided results of budgets, operating expenses, office productions and progress of ongoing staff training. • Handled all incoming and outgoing mail. • Daily deposits and reconciling all transactions with deposits
