Responded to, and resolved customer issues and inquiries. • Handled personal matters, including making of all appointments (personal, Dr’s, social etc.) • Ordered all supplies for offices, making sure to find the best prices to maintain budget. • Handled all customer issues and responded in a timely manner, always resolving issues to the customer’s satisfaction. • Took all phone calls that dealt with any customer inquiry or information requests. • Handled money transfers from customer to business. • Made daily deposits • Provided any information customers needed about the progression of their jobs, or delay of material, and job timeline. • Stayed in contact with customers to keep them informed of any changes or delays of their jobs.
