Daily Duties at Prestige Realty:
• Provided administrative support to multiple Executives, CEO & COO. Performed filing, faxing, scanning and copying. • Carried out data entry, daily billings, invoicing and inventory control. • Greeted customers, handled phone lines, and communicated closely with clients and vendors. Responded to, and resolved customer issues and inquiries. • Organized travel, flight lodging and rental car arrangements. • Coordinated meetings, including arranging catering and equipment set up. • Reconciled and balanced daily transactions for business, took monthly rental payments and kept tenant ledgers and rent rolls. • Managed and submitted daily transaction totals to appropriate parties. • Maintained heavy personal and business calendars. • Handled personal matters, including making of all appointments (personal,social etc.) • Did extensive research on the internet and provided information as required • Showed and leased office suites and residential properties, including getting all required leases and paperwork typed and filled out. • Ordered all supplies for offices, making sure to find the best prices to maintain budget. • Scheduled all tenant work orders, keeping a log of all work that was completed. • Re organized and implemented a new filing system. • Worked closely with managers of all other companies to provide necessary tools for them to run their businesses efficiently. • Maintained and handled owners email accounts. Filing and sorting emails to appropriate folders, printed as needed and deleted to keep email accounts streamlined.
