Daily Duties at Dictaphone Corporation:

Responsible for the development of strategic alliances, healthcare systems marketing, sales incentive programs, new product launches and the coordination of marketing statements and plans for a comprehensive voice, text, and data record management system. Identified voice integrated record management systems market opportunity and started up division. Through strategic vision, leadership, and technical direction drove division to company’s largest source of revenues and profits to date. • Successfully launched two voice integrated record management systems that produced a total of 24 million dollars of incremental business within a three-year period. • Instrumental in leading the corporate decision to re-enter the report creation and record management arena, a decision that resulted in an incremental profit increase of 14 million over two years. Regional Systems Manager (1988 – 1990) Successfully directed and managed eight (8) District Sales Offices and forty (40) Branch Sales Offices while also maintaining a personal quota of $400,000 per month and achieving 127% of personal year-end quota attainment. • Successfully achieved and over exceeded the region’s quota of 9 million dollars per quarter (112% of YTD quota). • Achieved a 170% systems sales volume increase in eight months and increased regional system sales performance from fifth place to first place amongst five regions. Earned third consecutive “President’s Club Award” for outstanding sales achievement. Sales Representative (1987 – 1988) Responsible for sales and marketing of dictation products, systems, customer support services throughout the Tampa Bay, Florida area. • Attained 179% of a $90,000 per month quota. • Awarded the “Top Gun” sales achievement award and the first of three consecutive President’s Club Awards.
