Oversaw outsourced production operation. • Responsible for transitioning the company from solely a product/system sales organization to a product/system and Application Service Provider organization yielding $150,000 a month in recurring and growing ASP revenue. • Successfully managed the company from Bankruptcy and $2 million in revenue and $1.5 million loss into $4 million in revenue and 37% profit margin. • Managed the development and introduction of the voice processing industry’s first wireless voice and data capturing device. • Developed and managed product distribution channels (direct and indirect), responsible for hiring, firing, and training the company’s sales force.
