Daily Duties at Us Central Federal Credit Union:

Responsible for Product Development for the industry’s only Wholesale Corporate Credit Union. Directly responsible for emerging markets with emphasis on payments electronification, multi-channel banking, and payments platforms. • Successfully developed and implemented an “Idea to Cash” Development process that involved a cross-functional team. Completed this activity in less than 13 months with six of those months working under the challenge of government conservatorship caused by the collapse of the financial market. • Completed the design of a product development road map that is an instrumental tool being used in the company’s current efforts to work towards a conservatorship exit plan. • Successfully implemented a unique ACH Origination product enhancement that is targeted to increase the company’s ACH volumes by more than 300%. • Designed a multi-channel payments platform and sourced all vendors and technologies needed to implement the platform while beating all deadlines and staying under budget.
