Daily Duties at Jkc Construction, Inc.:

- Responsible for filing and maintaining state licenses - Coordinating purchasing/renting goods, services, raw materials, equipment, tools & supplies - Reviewing requisitions - Maintaining project cost reporting and reconciliation - Researching and responding with regard to vendor such as price, availability and delivery schedule - Preparing purchase orders or bid requests - Discussing defective or unacceptable goods/services with superintendent, vendors, general contractors to determine source of trouble and take corrective action - Managing credit applications - Expense reporting and reimbursement - Collecting of monies from General Contractor - Reviewing subcontractor agreements, purchase orders, bid instructions - LEED document program coordinator - Ensuring compliance of insurance requirements by subcontractors - Ordering and maintaining office supplies inventory - Arranging maintenance of office copiers, fax machines and personal printers - Ordering of literature from vendors for the preparation of submittal packages, resolving discrepancies with vendors regarding pricing - Responsible for Accounts Receivables collection, as well as Accounts Payable issues - Management reporting - Arranging for courier or express mail service, shipping and receiving packages - Answering multiple phone lines
