Daily Duties at Turner Construction:
- Reviewing report information entered into CCIP Program (Contractor Controlled Insurance Program) from Subcontractors ensuring they are compliant in their paperwork in each step from Enrollment Packet, Insurance Cost Worksheet, Monthly Payroll Report, to Notice of Work Completion to be on jobsite - Reviewed contracts for scope of work - Entering daily hours spent working on the jobsite per subcontractor, per man and work achieved into DCR’s (Daily Construction Reports) on Pro-Log Site - Compiling pay application information on a monthly basis to assure payment to subcontractors - Arranging for courier or express mail service, shipping and receiving packages - Arranging maintenance of office copiers, fax machines and personal printers - Daily interaction with management, engineers, subcontractors and laborers - Greeting field personnel, visitors, answering multiple telephone lines, taking messages - Tracking time and attendance - Screens Telephone calls and resolution, if needed - Daily clerical duties such as typing, note taking, and managing daily mail - Light accounting/budget review - Ordering catering for weekly luncheons
