Daily Duties at Sbc:
• Work on a project team to test and implement a software application that ties together the current legacy system with the field technicians. • Responsible for setting up Excel spreadsheets to track performance and testing and report problems with the application so that it gets fixed before going out to the customer. • Responsible for writing test plans and test scenarios for testing team. • Constantly working in multiple platforms simultaneously to troubleshoot urgent issues to meet deadlines. • Responsible for entering trouble tickets in Rational Clear Quest. • Responsible for managing 15 team members when Team Leader is out of office.
